WHT Certificate

Hi,

I want these data to be maintained in the Vendor master data in order to develop the WHT certificate report.

1-National Identity Number or Business Registration Number

2-Nature of the service rendered Professional

3-The file number of the payee

can somebody tell me in where i can include these data in the vendor master.
