Not able to generate special absence quota for challeneged employees

Hi All,

Anybody pls help me on this. its urgent..

my requirement is to generate special challeneged absence quota apart from regular quota. i identified challeneged employees through IT 0004 and assigned the challenged group in generation rule for quota type selection. I am able to generate special challenged quota if i assign IT 0004 through hiring action.

I am unable to generate specail challenged quota when an employee becomes challenged after joining the organization and if we have to generate a special absence quota for the challenged employee, the system is througing an error saying that deletion already happened, deletion not possible.Kindly help me in resolving the same.

In table V_T559L, Under Selection Rules ---> Applicability you can find the fields for Challenge, there you can define as per ur req.........

Thanks for your immediately reply. i have already assigned challenge group in applocability filed under selection rule. i an able to generate quota when i assign IT004 through hiring action. but i am not able to generate special quota for disabled employees after joining when an employee becomes disabled in the mid of the year.
