Crystal report and Bookman Old Style

I answered Dell which kind of Crystal Report I am using, but I have not Heard anything. Can I find a solution to solve bold and Bookman Old Style.

Hi Inger, I answered your response on the original thread here.

Please be aware that almost all of us answering question in the community are volunteers who may or may not work for SAP (I don't.) I realize that there are not support contracts for Crystal for VS, but if you have an urgent issue it might be worth it to purchase a one-time support incident to get assistance.

Have we bought the wrong version?! We have order No 66060926 - SAP Crystal Reports 2016 Full version

No, you have not bought the wrong version. The .NET SDK and its runtime are not included in crystal 2016 - they are a separate free download to be used according to the license agreement. And there is no support contract that automatically comes with any version of Crystal unless Crystal was purchased in conjunction with other SAP software (such as Crystal Reports Server, BusinessObjects, B1, etc.) that does include a support contract.
