Go to MB1B, use 311 movement with "E" in Special Stock so that the system will ask for sale order reference. Give the sale order, enter the material code, required quantity and save.
Go to OVZ9, select your Availability Check and Checking Rule and tick for "Include sales requirements". By doing so, whenever you create sale order, if stock is available, it will be reserved against that particular sale order.
You should also take into consideration that at a later date, if you want to create delivery for subsequent order, you wont be able to do unless you delete the sale order created already or stock needs to be created, which is not advicable.
do onething raise the sales order and save it then go to delivery and do the picking and save the delivery without doing PGI then that stock will be blocked for that sales order
