Conference call scenario ici trace file

Dear collegues. We have a problem during a conference call scenario. First of all i have to outline that we have a self-developed cti integration. Our problem is that when 3 numbers have a conference call and when one of them hangs up agents screen shows wrong call information. To solve this case i want to compare our system ici trace with the trace of a system that uses a standart cti integration. Steps to reproduce this case: 1)Agent 1 accepts call from mobile telephone number 2)Agent 1 put on hold call with mobile telephone number 3)Agent 1 calls Agent 2 4)Agent 2 accepts the call 5)Agent 1 creats the conference 6)Mobile telephone hangs up I would be appritiated if someone will share with me of his ici trace of this scenario.

    ICI trace contains confidential information. People need to manipulate data to remove such information. Thus it is hard to provide you ICI traces.

    To get standard ICI traces, please try to use Communication management software simulation, and then compare it with your own developed CTI integration:
