exception message

hi

I have only one planned order with Exception message 62 i.e. master data inconsistent and all other planned orders of this material are having no exception message.

I am running MRP again with planning mode = 2

but still exception message is not going.

Hi amit,

pls check in the Master data tab of the Planned Order , whether the BOM and Routing has been transferred into.

If not check the validity date of BOM & Routing with the explosion date in the Planned order - Master Data - BOM tab.

hi,

I have checked the master data tab already. only BOM is transferred and not routing .But in other planned orders of same material how routing has been transferred if validity is the problem

Hi,

pls check the validity date of both Header & operations of the Rotuing with the order start date of planned order.

Also , try to schedule the Planned Order

( pls check whether it throws an error : No valid routing selected )

Hi,

You said that for the same material , you have some other planned orders into which the routing is transferred - right?

so , pls change the order start date of this planned order with the start date of those problem free planned orders and try to schedule this planned order again. If now, this planned order gets scheduled and routing is transferred /Det sched tab is added , then we can conclude that the problem is with the validity date only.

I tried to change the start date in the planned order same as my problem free orders and try to schedule it.

But same message comes : NO valid routing can be selected.

Have you checked the order qty of this pl order with the lotsize of Routing?
