Error message to be converted to warning message

How can we convert the error message to warning message or vice versa. what settings do i have to make in PM.

which error message you want to convert.also you cannot change all the error msg to warning there is certians messages which you can change.Kindly look in the IMG settings

Hi Thyagarajan,

from where we can get whether the message can be converted or not.

Also there are 3 t-codes from where can change it

(OPJB for production messages

OBA5 for CO messages

OMT4 for material master messages ).

Is there any other t-code for it or any other information on it.

You can check with respective modules itself ,there will be some messages you change for ex in IMG>PM/CS>Maintenance and service processing>Maintenance and service order>Message control

you can find the message wrt to PM/CS
