SUM 1.0 SP21 PREP_EXTENSION/EHP_INCLUSION Error

Hi,

We are updating the solution Manager 7.2 SP3 patches through sum

Severe error(s) occurred in phase PREP_EXTENSION/EHP_INCLUSION!

Last error code set:
Unable to generate package queue, return Code = 3, Reason =
"There is no Support Package for SAP_ABA rel.740, SP level 0014 available"

I have verified the file availability of the Support package in the downloads and it is available with SAP_ABA 740: SP 0013 and SAP_ABA 740: SP 0014. But still the error is coming.

Please help us to resolve this issue.
