SUM 1.0 SP21 PREP_EXTENSION/EHP_INCLUSION Error

Hi,

We are updating the solution Manager 7.2 SP3 patches through sum

Severe error(s) occurred in phase PREP_EXTENSION/EHP_INCLUSION!

Last error code set:
Unable to generate package queue, return Code = 3, Reason =
"There is no Support Package for SAP_ABA rel.740, SP level 0014 available"

I have verified the file availability of the Support package in the downloads and it is available with SAP_ABA 740: SP 0013 and SAP_ABA 740: SP 0014. But still the error is coming.

Please help us to resolve this issue.

Hi

For Starters check if you have SAPKA74014 file present in the download directory and have correct permissions set.

If so uncar the SAPKA74014.SAR manually and place it is in EPS/in directory and repeat the steps.

else check your xml file to see if the package was included in download list

Already I have completed that action. I have tried to place the File in EPS/in folder and provided full rights. Even the Stack xml file is holding the package details. No luck, still the issue

found the following issues .

2WETQ399 Duplicate EPS file 'I710020751258_0113764.PAT' being unpacked from '/software/sumupd/CTS_PLUG200.SAR' and '/software/sumupd/K-20023INCTSPLUG.SAR' 2WETQ399 Duplicate EPS file 'CSR0120031469_0098323.PAT' being unpacked from '/software/sumupd/K-74711INMDGFND.SAR' and '/software/sumupd/MDG_FND747.SAR' 2WETQ399 Duplicate EPS file 'CSN0120061532_0100571.PAT' being unpacked from '/software/sumupd/KB74014.SAR' and '/software/sumupd/SAP_BASIS740.SAR' 2WETQ399 Duplicate EPS file 'I720020751259_0106291.PAT' being unpacked from '/software/sumupd/K-75006INSAPUI.SAR' and '/software/sumupd/SAP_UI750.SAR'

All the files have been downloaded as per to the stack only. How to over come this issue.
