Solution Manager's Dispatcher is STOP.

Hi Experts,

I have installed Solution manager successfully on windows 2003.

On the same Server I have successfully installed ERP 2005.Now Solution manager's Dispatcher is STOP,where ERP 2005 is running successfully. If anybody know the solution please help me out.

Points would be rewarded for the same.
