workflow 12300111 not updating data .

Hi experts,

i am trying to use workflow 12300111 for ESS leave request .

the workflow is not updating the values in the table for absence ie; PA2001

Please suggest what can be done .

Hello,

You have to schedule the report RPTARQPOST. This can be done by using the transaction PTARQ.

You should have a look at SAP Help

or search in the ESS forum, there are a lot of interesting Q/A which can help you.

Please analyse the Workflow Log and investigate why it is not getting updated. There might be some authorization issue. Make sure the user who is updating has the proper roles to update.

method- APPROVE

and

BO -ABSENCE

method- APPROVE
