Print letter for Business Partner

Hi,

Our customer wants to print a letter to Business Partners when they create them, to welcome them and provided details of their credit limits and payment terms.

There is no layout with the Business Partner, has anyone found a good solution for this?

I would suggest that you create a Query Print Layout using the data in the OCRD table.

The column to look for would be the OCRD.CreateDate This is the date when a BP is created.

You can create a Query looking for this date to be equal to current date and then print the letter.

Another really good way of doing these kinds of printouts would be to use Mail Merge via Microsoft Word. More info here:
