Hi Experts,

Group Condition: I had gone through few illustrations on Group Conditon.

But still not clear with the funda!

Examples were there on Material pricing group as a parameter for Group condition,

My Doubt is can we take any other field(Not related to the material) for Grouping.Lets say Shipping condition or Customer group.

Best Regards

Monteeeee

You set a condition type to be a group condition for the reason that the condition base value (e.g. weight) is then calculated as the sum of the individual items within one group.

During sales order creation, the system determines price based on scales you maintained in condition record.

Now you want to know whether it is possible for shipping and customer.

If you maintain a group condition for customer group, in what you want to want to add the individual items in this group during price determination. How are you going to maintain a condition record for this group?

For material pricing group you can add basing on weight, numbers etc i.e. weight or numbers is used for accumulation.

For customer group in what way you want to add up items in this group i.e. what is unit of measure for accumulation.

Similarly for shipping group, in what way you want to add up items in this group i.e. what is unit of measure for accumulation.

If you could answer this, you have the solution.

Dear Monti,

You can maintain the group condition based on the Shipping conditions or customer group.

Here(As per you requirement) you need to maintain the condition records based on the shipping conditions or customer group.

Make sure that those shipping conditions or customer groups are maintaining in the customer master, then only the pricing group condition will trigger when you create sales order for that customer.

I hope it will help you
