po w.r.t pr &price should pick from pr itself

hi,

i have an issue that the po should be create w.r.t pr &the price should pick from the pr itself.after creation of po the pr should be closed.

You can use BAdI for this. Check under purchasing in spro under BAdIs or else get in touch with your abaper. He would be knowing this.

When u are creating PO wrt PR, At this time the price pick up from your last purchase order price and PR is closed

well that is not possible in case of the material with master data present in sap as th eprice shown at item detial level will be picked from the accounting view and that is for the internal evaluation

and moreover the price in po si dependent on the vendor and if the info record is present then system is going to pick the price from there

and yes it is possible rather it happens that if u convert a pr into po then system will close the pr but u can stilll make use of same for in future

there is a warning message in system avilabe and if u convert it to erro message then system will not allow u to make use of same pr twice if once it is full quantity is converted in po

Go to Spro>MM>Pur>Environment Data>Define Attributes of System Messages

and set Message no. 00 06 076 in to Error..

So that Once PR is converted into PO for full Qty , It will not allow another PO..
