I am creating an Engineering Change Management IDOC via WE19 and the idoc is returning with status 51 and message:
B1 358 No status record was passed to ALE by the application
The FM IDOC_INPUT_ECMMAS is obviously not setting the status and from what I can see in debug it never tries to. There is no information on this on the SAP knowledge base except some ancient notes (147246, 361936, 214829) describing the exact same issue but all are in my system already as we're on a much higher support pack.
Is there any known way to resolve this?
