Material class and characteristics

Hi,

for a particular materail number how to get the values of classes and associated characteristics extended to that material.and i need to display that and i need to change the associated characteristics of that material on a scrren,

how to do this ?

These are the following material tables which contains different types of material data.

MARA: Contains General material data specifies Material No,group,doc. no, indusrty sector, Measurement,Net weight,

Volume,division,qty etc.

MARC: Contains Plant data for Materail specifies Material no, plant,data division,purchasing group, MRP Profile,Planned delivery days, Min. lot,Max. lot sizes,Max stock level, processing time etc.,

MARD: Contains storagr location data for material specifies

Material number ,plant,storage location,fisal year,current period, stock in tranfer,stock in quality,country of origin,export bin etc.,

MAKT: Contains Material Descriptions specifies Material no,

Language key, Descriptions etc.,

MARM: Contains Units of measure specifies Material no,

height, width,length,Gross weight,net weight,valuation of unit measure,Capacity usage etc.,

MBEW: Contains Material Valuations specifies Material no,

Valuation area, type, valuation class, price unit,Total valuation of stock in previous period,fiscal year, current period,future price,date of last price change etc.,
