Hi ,

I am facing issue when adding device . does anybody knows how to solve it.

at the start : no of devices are zero

when adding a device. it gives below error.

how to add device limit ? i think there is zero limit for devices at the moment for account.

Hello Yashpal,

I would assume you are not on Trial Landscape. Could you please report an incident via SAP Support Portal like described here [1], providing your account ID so that colleagues can verify why your device quota is zero?

Thanks Anton . i got an URL to check the quota //<host>/com.sap.iotservices.dms/v2/api/settings - which gives device quota as zero. we have a partner account ,i hope there should be atleast 10 device limit.
