QM-Meldung QM01 QM02 QM03 - Aktivitätenliste

Hallo,

Dank vorab ...

Dietmar

Hallo Dietmar,

first of all sorry for answering you in English (Entschuldigung für die Antwort in Englisch, falls eine Übersetzung notwendig ist, lass mich bitte wissen), but I would like to share the information also with community members, who do not speak German. My recommendation for future would be to ask/contribute in English in the Community (if possible), as it can increase the chance to get an answer (earlier).

Nevertheless, just to sum up your problem: you are asking what is influencing, whether a function in the Action box is active or inactive ("grey or blue like a link") in transactions QM01, QM02, QM03.

In the customizing you mentioned 'Define Functions for the Action Box', which is the relevant place. It is possible to open there the affected action box activity for a notification type and check following indicators:

  • Dependent follow-up function
  • Only performed once

These indicators can influence, whether the action box function is active in the mentioned transactions or not.

Additionally I would also highlight the 'Usage' setting, as it can influence, whether the function is displayed or not in the transaction.

I will copy the complete F1 Helps of the affected fields below my signature to provide more details about the fields.

Have a nice day,

Albert

F1 Helps:

  • Dependent follow-up function:

"Dependent Follow-Up Function

Use
If you set this indicator, the follow-up function can only be executed, if it has been explicitly allowed by the follow-up function that was previously executed.

Example
You set this indicator for follow-up function A and you marked this follow-up function as a "Dependent follow-up function". You did not set this indicator for follow-up function B. In addition, you defined "Dependent follow-up functions" for follow-up function B (such as follow-up function A). When you access the notification, you can execute all follow-up functions that were not marked as "Dependent follow-up functions" (such as follow-up function B). The dependent follow-up function A cannot be executed at this point. Dependent follow-up function A is only executable, once follow-up function B has been performed."

  • Only performed once:

"Follow-Up Function Can Only Be Performed Once

Use
If you set this indicator, a follow-up function can only be executed once for each notification."

  • Usage

"Usage for Follow-Up Function
You define the transactions, in which the follow-up function is to appear in the action box.

Use
If the follow-up function, for example, is only to appear in the transaction for simplified notification processing, select "Simplified view, (change, create, display)" from this drop-down list."
