Activity Confirmation

hi,

The scenario is as follows:

The activity (Machine activity) required to produce 1000 pc’s is 3 hrs. When partial confirmation is done through COR6N for 500 pc’s , System proposes ( By Back flush) the component quantities proportion to the confirmation quantity of 500 Pc’s but not the activity ( ie, 1.5 hrs).

Can any body tell me how to meet the above requirement?

Regards,

Raghu

Check the Formula maintained in Costing View of workcenter for that Activity.

You have to maintain Quantity/Lot size dependent formula.

did you enter the activity hr in COR6n?

whay type of formula did you maintain?

check - In OPK4, for the combination of order type and plant see that in operation indv entry using initial screen tab page , quantity sub screen check the boxes - propose, display conf qty, display defaults.

In OPK0 - In defaults tabpage defaults sub screen quantiies - immediate proposal

with this setting then try.

Hi,

I have maintained lot size dependent formula. ie, Machine time * Operation quantity / Base quantity.

In OPK4, for the combination of order type and plant in operation indv entry using initial screen tab page , quantities and services sub screen check boxes are already ticked - propose, display conf qty and confirmed services, display defaults.

In OPK1 - In defaults tabpage default values for quantities and services are also set as Immediate proposal.

With the above setting also, activity time is not geeting changed as per the confirmation quantity.

Hi,

The formula used in costing for Machine time: Machine time * Operation Qty / Base quantity.

The base Qty. in the operation is 50 PC's for Machine time of 1 hr. The cost which is defined in KP26 is getting calculated as per the operation Quantities. But the activity is not getting recalculated based on the confirmation quantity in COR6N.
