Profit center(Controling) integration with CRM billing

Hi,

we are using SAP CRM5.O & R/3 4.7.

Can you please some body give the information of Integration CRM Service billing integration with Controling(profit center).

Hello,

CRM and CO (in R/3) has close integration, you need to take a help from your CO consultant for configuring Controlling scenario for CRM Service.

In CRM, the item category has field called Assign BW/CO, choose 2 and in thrid level customising of Item Categories, where you check Relevant to Cost. This will allowed to create Internal Order in ECC at the time of saving the transaction and determination of Profit center will be determined depending upon the CO settings.

Thanks for your information .

Here i will explain teh business senario.

Here my client is doing service on behalf of Actual service Provider(ex: cell repairs, On behalf of Nokia my client dong service for the End customers. warranty ).

So that we creating service order & billing on end customer, but payer will be the brand (nokia) .

so here there is no expence relate transaction are posting. Here we are doing only billing (revenue related transactions). This revenue has to be posted to concern profit ceneter. Where we will give teh profit center integration with CRM Service.
