can i give multiple printer to one user id. if yes than how?

Hi Vikram,

You can define only one default printer in one use but if you want this user can send printout to another printer also. Yes this can be done when you give print out that time you can select another printer which you want instead of default printer. But that printer should be installed on user system. you can install n number of pritner to user system and user can get printout any of them but only on selection otherwise all printing will go in default printer.

hi,

you can set it via autorization (PFCG) using objects : S_SPO_DEV, what name of printer that will be assigned.

then, assign maintained role to the user.

If you refer to default printer, you can only assign one default printer to an user (transaction SU3, default tab).
