SNP Optimizer runtime and memory consumption

Is the Optimizer or ( ILOG ) has some tools to see how much will be memory requirement? We are going to have roughly 100 plants and 1000 transportation zones and approximately 80000 products. We want to optimize the production and shipment to derive most cost effective sourcing. Any one worked on similar model size ? How much was the average time (discrete optimization)? We want to avoid decomposition if this is a manageable size. Anyone can share the production runtime and model size greatly appreicated?
