Quantity contract in C4C / ECC

Hi all,

I have a case that needs to be solved in C4C with some sort of integration with ERP.

Business case: Product (e.g a phone) is leased to customer and customer pays only for sms sent with fixed thresholds (just example data here)

Suggested setup: Installed base for phone with maintance plan to check number of sms every 30 days. Ticket is created by maintainance run and employee registers the number in the 'registered prodcuts' measurement reading. Another maintainance plan keep track on the measurements and creates a ticket when sent sms's are above threshold.

Then to the issues:

How can I automate so that the sms readings are billed when above a threshold? Can I use service contract in C4C and bill from ECC, or can a ticket in C4C deduct from a quantity contract in ECC? Open for all kinds suggestions here. The measurement readings must be manually entered in C4C, so there's no problem to add the same measurement to a ticket with material 'sms', but if e.g a contract in ERP are to be billed when quantity is 100 ea, then a ticket with 75 ea of matnr 'sms's should of course deduct 75ea from the rest quantity in ECC. If service contracts in c4c could be utilized with more automation (e.g deduct from measurement readings), that would be the best.

Thanks a lot in advance!
