Z Tables ans Contents from One Prod Environment to Another?

What is the best way to copy Z tables from one production environment to another?

-LSMW?(tyrying to avoid, I don't have much experience with this)

-Custom Program, which I do have available already?

-Transports, via a Basis pipeline?(the easiest, if possible)
