how many record maximal capaity in dtw file ?

Should be able to cope with thousands at a time. Keep in mind the following

It does take about 1 sec per record to update. I generally have broken these into batches of say 1000. Just so I can work with smaller sets.

If you have many thousands to do, you can in DTW specify and SQL DSN Database source.

So you could query some external database to update into SAP.
