Hi,
We have Solution Manager 4.0 SP15.
We are testing Service Desk - Solution Manager Database.
We have Create a Solution Under IS01 ( Maintain Problems and Solutions ) and release it.
Tthe User who created the Solution can see the Solution under their Solutions.
If another user logs in and runs transaction IS01 - wizard - search for a solution - Keyword - System - and the Solution the Other User Created is displayed.
However - if a User ( User who created the solution or the user who did not create the solution ) Runs transaction CRMM_SEARCH ( Knowledge Search ) - DB=SDB and enters a keyword - system - solution search - no soultion can be fined.
Any ideas anyone?
To fix this problem do the following:
Run transaction CRMC_SAF_TOOL - highlight the context based checks - check
Highlight the client - ( In this case Knowledge Search in Interaction center winclient)
Then goto - customizing - application - setup - configure the clint for the appropriate Search DB.
Do this for all Clints you are going to be using.
