Scheduling not working at Project Planning board

Dear Experts,

I am facing trouble running scheduling from project planning board using "WBS scheduling parameters" as scheduling carried out without affecting activities date !!

However when i run scheduling from CN22 using "Network scheduling parameters" that run successfully without any troubles

this problem i am facing in server S/4Hana 1709, however i tested the same configuration on IDES S/4Hana 1610 and scheduling carried out without any problems.
