Can we withdraw the consignment material partly and reload it as normal mat

Hi

1.Is it possible to withdraw 75% of the consignment material and leave the 25% of the consignemnt material as it is?

2.Is it possible to reload the same (75%) material as normal raw material?

Because we have already used 25% of the material and also we paid completely for the 100% of the material.
