Hi,
For E-mail sending, a user want to change "Send Status" by default as showed below. You can access to this status by this way :
1) QM02 Q1 notification

Did you know where can I change this setting by default please ? SCOT ? SOST ? SOAD? I can't find anything for this setting.

Thank you Craig I don't think so but there is certainly a way to find if it is standard or not.
But I still need to find where can I change this setting by default :-).
No idea. This I would think would be more a BASIS question as sending email is a shared service and is unique to each companies installation.
