how to get more sap information

Hi Gurus,

I heard that " Online Service System" will collect a lot of note usefull for configuration and troubleshooting. but how can I get userid/password to get into this system? and I want to know if there is other place , I can get more sap tricks and tips for configuration on the sap authority?

Hi,

you can have the user id if you are a certified sap consultant ot the other option is your company can provide you one depending on the need. By and large all the companies do have a user id to service market place where you can find as you said a lot of info OSS notes.

Hello,

As both them explained, either you must be an SAP certified consultant or your compnay should be an SAP partner / customer. You need to have the unique LOGIN and PASSWORD to access service.sap.com.

For online market place you need to have the user id which will be given by your company.

Better use sap-img, sapgenie, Ssapfans and the best one SDN.
