Hi All,

I need to create schedule margin keys configured in system for all plants

schedule margin key SPRO path: IMG: Production Planning for Process Industries -> Process Order -> Operations -> Scheduling -> Define Scheduling Margin Key.

Now here I need to insert the data..

But here I dont have specific T-Code for this activity..

I tried to Record BDC but when I run it, it dose not work for node selection for the SPRO path and it stops at IMG screen..

How to write a BDC program for this..any help in this regard.

As a side note, many SPRO items also have a designated transaction code that can be used to call them directly, without going to SPRO. A functional consultant would be a good source of such information.

+1 to Jelena Perfiljeva - there is indeed a separate tcode - OPJZ (I found it by searching for *V_T436A* in table TSTCP).

Both OPJZ and the SM30 option with V_T436A can be used, I suppose.

I have never done this specific configuration via batch input, if I had to, I would probably use SM30 and V_T436A.

Do you really need to do this via BDC? If this is just 200-300 entries I would copy/paste from Excel...

Thank you very much...Do we have any BAPI for this upload?

A BAPI for entering customizing data? Aren't you taking this task a bit too far?

You asked the question 20 hours ago. Even if you had to enter the data manually without a recording or an external script you should have finished by now.

As Veselina Peykova already provided the table/view name, you could consider using standard FMs to fill the table like VIEW_MAINTENANCE_LOW_LEVEL or VIEW_MAINTENANCE_SINGLE_ENTRY.
