disp+work.exe is not starting is not running in sapmmc

Hi,

Our solution manager system is running on windows. We had to shutdown the system for some maintainance activities in the server room. Now after starting the application server, I am not able to start sap through sap management console. The disp+work.exe goes to yellow status for sometime and then becomes grey ie stopped.

Kindly suggest.
