rg 23 a part 1

My client is selling the raw material and sales is exports under lut.

now after sales rg23 part1 should update how it is possible

i have maintained sales views for this material and sold the material under lut exports.

now am updating j1i5 rg23 part1 it is saying wrong classification

i maintained 601 movement type for the register rg 23a updation

can plz tell the solution how to update the rg23 a part 1 register by selling the raw material

Hi,

In case of Raw Material Sale, the steps as follows -

At the time of Purchase

1. Goods Receipt & Automatic Updation of Part1

2. CENVAT Credit for Incoming Material

3. Dispatch with Excise Invoice and pass on the same duty at the time of purchase.

Please inform at the time of Updation of RG23A Part 1 through J1I5 what was the classification you are selecting.

The following classifcation need to selection when you are updation RG23A PART1

Register Type

Goods issues

Goods receipts

For Goods Receipt : ROP

For Goods Issue: IIM, IPD , IWD

Please check which one you are selecting

I think SAP is not supporting this scenario by using J1I5 - update RG23A register

You have to pass Excise JV through J1IH for the same

amount to RG23A.
