Not able to select more themes

Hi,

I assigned EU_Role to a user. When i click on personilize link i m getting pop-up n displaying everything...

but while selecting themse, only its displaying themes whch are developed....its not showing standard themes in drop-down. how can see all the themes in drop-down?

Hi,

If you are assigning the default desktop provided by SAP then you will have to add the theme to the default desktop. You will have to navigate through system administration --> Portal Display --> Desktop and Display Rules --> Portal Content --> Content Provided by SAP --> End User Content --> Standard Portal Users --> Default Portal Desktop.

Add your custom themes here if you want it to be dispalyed.

Hi Venkat,

Go to System Administration->Portal Display->

Check if the Theme templates are existing there.

Also,

Go to Desktop and Display Rules->Portal Content-> Portal Administrators->Super Administrator-> Master Rule Collection and check for the user in question which desktop has been assigned.

And confirm if you are using the default portal desktop or a copy of the same.
