C4C mobile app extend full sync


Under the offline settings in administrator, in the general tab, there is a full sync option after a specified period of time, under the light sync option, is it supposed to be made automatically after the specified time, or how does it work?

    If you enable a "Light Sync" - you can setup the system to only sync business data (and not metadata for screens, labels etc.) every time a user synchronizes manually.

    However, to maintain system consistency, a full sync (including metadata) needs to be performed at a regular interval. This is the interval that is defined in the "Full Sync" under the Offline Settings.
    It means that the app automatically performs a Full Sync, instead of a Light Sync when a user synchronizes manually - there is no automatic sync supported by the app (yet).
