Leave Approval issue when using Mass Approval in PTARQ

Dear Experts,

Need your help to rectify the issue.

Time Administrators or HOD are using the PTARQ Mass approval Program to approve the leaves.But since one month this Program is not working.When i went on to check the same.

System throwing Error Message " No personnel number defined for system user name Silver"

Please help me to rectify the issue.

Hi, Just check the login id should be mapped to any employee number in IT0105.
