How to configure fields in Billing Doc, if it is display only, required field. etc... please send path. thank you.

What you want to control, plz b clear?
Billing document will be controlled by Billing doc type (tcode:VOFA).
there wont be any billing item category.
you can configure your own billing doc by copying the existing billing doc. eg:F2
