PI Error Sender Mail: UnsupportedEncodingException

Hello Experts,

I have an error in PI Sender Adapter Mail. When we receive an email with image in body and any file in attachment, communication channel throws an error:

"java.io.UnsupportedEncodingException: t/alternative; boundary"

This error happens only in this situation. If we receive an e-mail with only images in body, this message is read correctly and when an e-mail is received with only attachment it is read correctly too.

Anyone already see this problem? I checked it in others PI´s and this problem not happens.

Or any idea to me check?

Hello Celio Alves,

I believed that this issue is happening because of the mail attachments. I see that both Keep Attachment and Use Mail Mail Attributes are set as true. Therefore, I recommend you to check and apply SAP note ##2325499 - Content in XI mail package is not written into email.
