Download Report Using SE37

I want to download report of se16 from se37 with selected field names. How can i download? When ever i tries to download report from se37 it takes default format.

I don't understand 'report of SE16'.
As I guess, When you want to download the source codes of a function in SE37,
go to the menu: Utilities - more utilities - upload/download - download.
Or,
if you want to download some data from se16 with field name,go to settings-user parameters, then check 'SE16 standard list' & 'filed name'.
