Local Client Copy Error

We are trying to do a local client copy from 000 using profile SAP_CUST in the IDES system but we are getting the following error:

Diagnosis

An exit program for regenerating data and programs for client copy

terminated with errors.

Procedure

Restart the client copy in restart mode.

We created a new client 500 in SCC4 and then did local client copy using SCCL but keep getting the above error.
