delete or change the absence quota

Hi Friends

Is it possible to delete or change the absence quota and absence

after running the payroll...

our scenario is suppose an employee applied leave on jan ....but he didnt take that leave ..without correcting that leave payroll is run for jan..whether it is possible to correct it in Feb ?

If yes how

pls guide me
