    Hi,

    I think we can't display zeros ther as NULL values are displayed as empty cells, not as 0. For more information about when NULL values occur and how they are displayed have a look at :[http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/EN/37/b4393ccab19b57e10000000a114084/content.htm]

    Which explains you how null values are displayed

    you can try out by introducing a formula and hiding original KeyFigure.

    (KF==0)0+(KF0)KF

    Try this by creating one more column-formula and hid the existed kf column:

    (KF==' ')0+(KF0)KF

    meaning of this is KF value is blank then display '0 else kf value.

    Thanks,

    Hi Shana,

    You can define this setting in SPRO

    Go to SPRO -> SAP Reference IMG -> SAP Netweaver -> BI Settings -> Setting for reporting & Analysis ->Genral Setting for reporting & Analysis -> Presenting numeric values in BEx

    here you will find the option to define as 0 for no values(If value does not exist)

    Hope it helps

    Just Hide your original Key Figure (K.F.). Create a new Formula Key Figure as K.F + 0.

    This should solve your problem.

    You should accept the solution from Rakesh Pattani (award points) and close this question. This solution solves the problem for me.

    THanks Rakesh.
