Usage decision

All,

I m new to QM. I have done GR thru MIGO and a inspection lot created. Now how I will post this stock to unrestricted and blocked.Please advise.

Go to T code QA32 specifty the material and select the inspection lot ,and press the result recording do the result recording then again press the usage decision in the inspection lot TAB page you can post the qty to unresticted or locked stock

other option

go to T code QE51 make the result recordin

Go to T code QA32 make the usage decision and do the stock posting in the inspection lot TAB page

I have tried this , but its saying 'characterstics results cannot be recorded for inspection lot xxxxxx.

Please advise.

hi

check whether you inspection lot is in Released condition also check in the material master for your inspection type you have maintain inspection with task list and characterisic is marked also whether you have created the inspetion plan and charactersistic has been assigned

Where I can see Inspection plan?

And also where I can see assignment of inspection plan to characteristics?

Hi,

If Insp plan is already created , you can see it using QP03- Display insp plan , and inspection char's are assigned in the insp plan.
