My company assesses employee performance twice within one performance cycle, one after 6 months, the other at the end of the cycle (12 months). Ratings are determined out of these assessments and the company wants these ratings recorded in the system. At the end of the cycle each employee will have 2 ratings. The first rating is used only for reporting purposes, the second one is regarded as the true rating and is used for further processing; i.e input into Compensation module, for promotion purposes, etc. How would one configure the system to cater for this ?
