Hi All
We want to make a provision each month for the leave encashment in Indian Payroll system. The calculation is based on the accrued leave balance of the month multiplied by Basic Rate.
Can anyone advice.

If u just want to make a provision ..( not a part of payroll process u can have the wage type as non deduction ).
to get accured leave balance through a custom rule if u have time evaluation and calc the amt in PY
