Hi,

The error indicates that your page format has not been defined for the device type SAPWIN. To do it :- SPAD>Device Typ->Dev Type>Double click on SAPWIN>Click on Execution Icon (List of Implemented forms )>Clieck Create Icon->it will ask for form. Give your form name. & run & see.

I hope this helps,

Basically the page formats are created by the basis guys and they can help you out in this regard.

Let me clarify you with some details, the page formats are assigned to the printers and the printers are assigned to the specific device types, and here the error you are getting with the device type SAPWIN.

Solution is as follows,

Now go to the transaction SPAD and click on the full administration, now in the tabs check for the tab "DeviceTypes", in the device type parameter give the device name as "SAPWIN" and click on display.

Now in the application tool bar click on "FORMATS", here you can see the list of page formats that are assigned, here you can assign the new page format that you had created.

This will certainly solve your issue, but please do make a note that this work should be done by BASIS guys.

Hi,

1.Whatever you defined the page format , that page format need to assign in the basic settings of the script.

2.Check the layout ,without errors.Just check with printpreview and then go for the Print.
