contract - urgent

Hi experts,

Its very urgent

Could any one suggest me solution for the issue

In value contract, Target value is maintained for Rs.1000

when I released PO wrf to the contract system allowing to more than 1000

where is the control

why its not giving error/warning message if target value is exceeded.
