I can't find xACF

hi everyone

I'm currently using NWDS7.0(SP12) and EP7.0(sp13)

I'm going to develope PDF form using web dynpro for java.

I need to xACF file, but I can't find that.

And I need to configration Document about PDF development.

where can I find that? Plz help me.
