Hi,
If is possible can anyone should tell in what way or how the ICH can communicate with the SAP ERP of the customer of the client. Does the messages that send ICH affects the ERP. For example the supplier knows that the level of the inventory in the customer is low, and it has to be replenishment, so it send a messages saying that they will send the quantity necessary, but does it affects the customer´s ERP automatically or the customer manually have to create the purchase order, and the those other facts that involves a purchase?.
Thanks for your help,
Maria Paula Castro

In VMI replenishment process, the supplier is responsible for replenisihing the customers inventory. based on the data the customers sends to SNC , the supplier can create replenishment orders in SNC . In this way the supplier triggers the creation of purchase orders in customer backend system and optionally sales orders in supplier's backend system

FYI.
For inventory:
ROEMPROACT and RCMPROACT (reports as well as the transactions) from ERP side works for inventory sync with the SNC/ICH. These reports sends the IODCS to XI and XI maps it to PAN message.

Hi Maria,
According to the scenario you explained:
Sending information does not effects the customer system immediately.
In this case if the inventory is low then customer do a goods transfer of the component to the Supplier.
So at that time it reduce the customer inventory for the component. At that time it reflects customer ERP.
Now the SNC inventory has to be in sync with the customer ERP. So In their ERP they Run a report (or a shedule job) to sync both the system's inventory detail.
The customer who does not have ERP as SAP; If they want to implement the same scenari then they have to fill up the ProductActivityNotification XML and have to use the ProductActivityNotification service.
(FYI This is an async service.)
Thanks and regards,
