Error after installing DB2e 9.1.2 on MI SP21

Hi! Evyone

We did applied SP21.

I am doing some testing but I have not gotten good result.

I did start with a new installation on PDA and also on PC. But I have problems.

I am working with the following info on PDA:

MITOM.CAB (SP21)

CrEme 327a_AX_CE42_PPC (Same one as I was working with SP19)

DB2e 9.1.2

MI25_JSP.ZIP (I have not have chance to install it on PDA because I can not get into the MI after the Database get intalled)

The error message is as follow:

The page can not be displayed

The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The website might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser setting.

Can not find server or DNS server

Internet explorer

Can any one help me with this error ??

Hi Xiomara,

well - this as well: MI is not running. I guess because of the missing DLLs of Db2e

Hopefully it is working with having the DLLs in the windows folder of the PDA.

After I got a new db2e 9.1.2 and installed again my problem was solved.

In conclusion my db2e 9.1.2 was wrong.

Hi Xiomara,

There are dependencies between DB2e 9.1.2 and SP21. Therefore DB2e 9.1 will not work with SP19 since this version does not support DB2e 9.1 but only SP21 does. You will have to first upgrade the client from SP19 to SP21 and only then upgrade the DB2e version. This should work perfectly. If even after this procedure you face a problem, kindly copy paste the contents of the jscpout.txt file present in the root directory of the your device.
